Hello all. I have a 2015 Redwood Cypress that I bought new, last year. My question is what type of roofing is on the trailer and what cleaning and protection products should I use for the roof? Also, what type of patch/sealer/caulk is recommended?

Thanks in advance!
Rob

Clean mine with Simple Green, spray it on, let set for few minutes, scrub with medium bristle brush & Turtle Wax/Mcquires car wash, rinse with clear water, no protectorant required. Unless they've changed it's an Alpha roof material & use Alpha or Dicor self leveling sealant & Eternabond tape.

Ditto. Get ready for a work out. You might try a pump up sprayer. It will save your hands.

Be careful. The TPO roof will get slippery.

Thank you for seconding the advice for using Simply Green. I'll follow your advise by using the pump up sprayer. I'm probably being a little dense, but is the roofing material an Alpha or TPO rubber roof? Are they synonymous?

Thanks!
Rob

Alpha is the manufacturer.

TPO is the roofing material.

The manufacturer states that it should last 20 years. 12 is the warranty period with a lot of strings attached...

Consider an Armor Roof or similar product for a lifetime warranty. Brace yourself on the price but when you consider most damage is from moisture intrusion, its worth a look at...

We use Original Dawn dish washing liquid in a bucket with water. Remember it's mild enough, yet strong enough to remove grease and oil from Wild Life.
