Well, after having an empty driveway for the past 1-1/2 weeks, the Redwood is back in it's spot !

Took her to Whitehorse RV for a few Warranty items, got her back before all the snow and ice!! Here is what they were asked to do -
**About 5 feet of the roof edge had staples raising - they repaired all the staples, and resealed...
**Curb side slide was out of adjustment, the rear was about 3/4" from seals when in....
**Re apply clear caulking along edge of both sides on front overhang...
**Black tank valve leaking slowly when closed.. they evaluated and cleared blades.. said nothing was leaking when it arrived... I DID clean thoroughly at the end of the season, perhaps i cleaned enough?
My cost - $0.00 except for fuel and tolls , and 3 dozen donuts for the dealership ... gotta keep friends!! B)

We had staples coming up in multiple places on our roof. Warranty repaired it and they told George not to walk close to the edge. The tech said some of the models don't have the necessary supports along the edges. He said to stay at least 1 foot from the edge. We have done that and had no more staple issues.

Another perfect thread were Redwood should post on and let us know what models may be a concern with this problem. Would be very helpful for owners and possibly avoid claims.

Steve,
For sure. I think "roof issues" in general are a concern. RW told us roof issues are generally an owner error and can be avoided. I don't agree, but it would be helpful for owners to know they need to carefully check their roof regularly.
