If you are planning to do solar down the line I'd have it pre-wired from the roof to the battery compartment or at the very least conduit installed that will allow you to easily run the wires. If you are opting for the residential refrigerator and will be doing any boondocking you will probably need at least 4 6-volt golf cart batteries in addition to 600 or more watts of solar to run the refrigerator and everything else. I am planning on adding 4 Trogan T-145 batteries and 600 watts of solar for boondocking. I had the optional Onan Gold 5500 watt generator added and with the new Jensen InCommand System Redwood is installing it can be configured to auto start the generator if battery voltage gets too low.
Regarding the PDI take a lot of time and check everything. My coach was not plumbed correctly from the factory with all sinks, shower, washing machine plumbed into one of the gray water tanks and nothing plumbed to the second gray water tank! This was a major boo boo by the factory that I have yet had fixed.
Also I love the stackable Splendide washer and dryer that my dealer installed. They actually take a decent sized load and don't use much water. The dryer takes a bit of time to dry since its only 120 volt but it sure beats lugging laundry to the campground laundry. I had a small combo unit in my old Class A motorcoach that was worthless so I am very happy with the separate units.
