Asked Randy (Redwood) if he had my folder for my 15 minutes with a tech. He said no. I was not on the list. My appointment was supposed to be Wednesday at 12:00. Sorry. We have no record. Yikes. Does anyone have a record of where we signed up for our time with a tech.

Just checked each of the time slots and did not see your name included in any of them. The Noon slot was the first to be filled on April 28th. On completing a reservation, the system did send a confirmation.
