I signed up for the 15 Minutes with a Tech appointment when it first came out..... When will we receive a confirmation email confirming our appt. ?

Hummm I haven't received anything and when I go in to add something to my appt. time it says I can't see it as I have already registered and to reply to the confirmation e-mail which I haven't received.

i'm not sure how the process will go from here. I was tasked with gathering the requests and have done exactly that, now we move to the next phase. I am finalizing the report to them regarding the requested repairs so will know more later.

Will Redwood contact you if the repair is too big for the 15 mi 25nute time?
At last year's Rally, the 15 min slot was used review the items that you listed for the repair. The tech evaluated your request, took notes if additional info was needed for the repair, and the list was given to the Service Manager who then sent the techs out to perform the repair(s). They have it down to a "science" and do OUTSTANDING work...nothing but compliments on the job they did!
