The 2017 rally is quickly approaching and we are looking forward to seeing everyone but do we know what RW service will be doing at the park this year. We have a few small problems I'd like them to look at. Marie and I are going in a few day's early and staying a couple day's later is anyone else doing the same?

Carol and I are arriving on July 15(Sunday)and leaving on July 24 (Monday). I have left multiple messages with call back numbers with the campground (260 768 4669) however have not received a call back or voice message in over a week. I call everyday and at different times so hope we can obtain a reservation. I know it is their off season however their answering message indicates they will return calls.

Although the campground is closed, they are checking their messages. I know they are working on calling people back. If you have left a voice mail, you can be confident that they will return the call. If for some crazy reason you don't hear from them in the next couple weeks, then try again. They have sites reserved for us, so you are safe to get a spot. They will keep extra sites until at least the middle of May.

We are also going early. We are checking in Friday before and leaving the Monday after the rally.

Same thing I found so I left Cindy an email message asking for a call back. Called back next day, was very nice and accommodating and left a thank you email the next day. Give it a try

I will be arriving earlier in the week as well.

Maybe some of us early birds could watch the sun set with some amber gifts from Scotland!

E-mailing the campground and supplying our reservation requirements and asking for a good time to call Cindy with the CC info worked well.

The other thing that she let me know is that there is a "7th day free" rule, I had originally booked 6 days and extended it to 7 as that day was free. Great customer service!

Thank you. Your suggestion worked. Cindy called today and all is set. I did not see an email address for her so I put her name in the subject line as "To Cindy - Redwood Rally Reservations". Now for some nicer weather to coax me into dewinterizating our RW and prep'ing for the trip to Shipshewana. Meanwhile, many projects await me around home! Thank goodness for handyman companies to help with getting all the tasks to be done.
