We bought a 2017 Redwood 39MB during the rally last year. This year we had several things on a repair list we had compiled over the year. Crossroad Service gave us an appointment for after the 2017 Rally so they could address our issues. We just got the RV back and they addressed everything on our list without excuse or complaint. They even addressed things we had not listed. The Service Department and all the workers who worked on our rig are definitely assets to the Crossroads/Redwood organization. It's obvious that a satisfied customer is the goal of the organization. We truly appreciated all the work they did on our rig.
