After the rally George & I had the opportunity to tour the LCI (Lippert) facilities. It was so fun to see the rows and rows of furniture. They have really focused on customer service. They have almost 100 people that are available to take incoming calls. LCI is really focusing on continuing to improve customer service. It was very impressive to us. We are planning to have a tour of the facilities next year at the rally.
They also developed a "myLCI" app. It works to find products and get support. It is available for iPhone and Android.
