We received a call about a week prior to the Rally asking if the technicians could come early, since we were arriving July 30th.

They arrived shortly after 08:00 on Monday and replaced the microwave with a brand new model straight out the box, installed a new ceiling fan and replaced most of the outside lights.

Exceptional customer service for a coach that is well out of the 2-year portion of the warranty.

Many owners did not sign up for an appointment, so today Redwood advised that they were expanding the service they are providing. Jay has posted a sign up sheet for owners that didn't have an appointment and Redwood will try to address all issues prior to the end of the Rally. Any issue unresolved will be pre-authorised at a local dealer.

We really are receiving exceptional service from the technicians and it really makes the drive to Shipshewana worth the effort.

Kudos to the Redwood Management team for listening to their owners and providing a service that is important to the Rally attendees.

Please feel free to comment on your experiences with the technicians at the Rally and what work they performed on your coach.

Can't say enough good things about the service from the Redwood Technicians! They replaced a damaged panel on one of our slides, and are currently working on getting the internal parts to fix another slide issue. Senior Redwood Leadership has really stepped up to ensure we owners don't leave the Rally disappointed. I couldn't be happier with the service results!

Technicians removed the inside wooden facia on the top of our bedroom slide and replace the seal and wiper that had come loose and gotten tangled through to the outside roof of the slide. Job well done and much appreciated.

My Redwood technician showed up a day ahead of schedule. His name was Mike. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Mike repaired all the items on my list. I had not expected this to happen. Kudos to the Rewood Team

I would like to thank Redwood for their contribution to this Rally.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!! We can't begin to tell you how impressed we were and how thankful we are for the GREAT service we received from the techs who worked on our unit, both at the service center as well as at the Rally campground (Randy, Troy, Nick and Gary). Everything was done to our satisfaction and well above our expectation!

* Rear window night shade not working - replaced
* Rear window emergency latch broken - replaced
* Bathroom shower door sweep torn - replaced
* Broken outlet in entertainment cabinet - replaced
* Floor issue - resolved
* Front door sticking - resolved
* Front door Bauer keypad not working - replaced
* Trim above dinette popping off - re-attached

If you attend the Rally for just one element, the service provided by the techs from Redwood is well worth the trip to Shipshewana, IN!!

Also, thanks to all who worked so many hours pulling this year's Rally together ... a job well done!!

How do you spell customer service? Redwood RV. Even though my trailer is 3 years old well past the 2 year warranty period Redwood techs came by today and replaced several things in the rig that weren't working at peak performance and tweaked a few other things for me.........free of charge. Thanks Redwood RV.

The technicians were the best as they fix three aging things in my RW. Thanks again for the energy and knowledge.
