I am aware that we are currently experiencing a problem completing payments for membership renewals and rally registrations. When going to the payment screen, no option is provided to pay by credit card and if selecting Paypal, payment is not completed.
We are working to resolve the issue and will advise when fixed.
If you wish to register for the rally, you can still complete the registration form and submit, as it shows on my registration screen regardless of payment status. If unable to resolve quickly, I will extend the early bird deadline.
Just a heads up that to pay by credit card you have to select the PayPal payment option. You do not however have to have a PayPal account. You can get to the credit card payment form without logging in.
As far as I know all is well with the system. I've seen a number of registration payments and renewal payments go through the last two days.

When our membership renewal comes due, will we get a notice?
Generally yes about 14 - 30 days before expiration.

I checked the payment screens this morning and everything is back to normal. Yesterday the Paypal payment processing system was down, but everything is back to normal today.
I am contacting the 3 members directly that submitted a rally registration yesterday to arrange payment.
I just renewed and all went well.
I will be renewing and looking forward to the renewal site issue being resolved.

The payment processing system is back online, the problem was with Paypal and they resolved it within a few hours.
A number of members have mentioned that they do not see the option to renew for 2 years when it is time to renew their membership.
Unfortunately, this issue is not consistent and we have been unable to determine why it happens, so are unable to resolve.
However, I do have a work around solution. If you are renewing and prefer the 2-year option, but it isn't available, please renew for 1 year and send me a PM or email and I will manually adjust for the 2nd year.
