It would be nice to access an updated list of people who have registered for the rally. We did have that last year.
If you have signed up for the rally you can see the others who have signed up by going to the Rally Group page.
In the blue bar at the top select ROGroups. Then select the Redwood Rally catagory and finally the 2018 Rally group.
All the users are listed in the Users tab.

We published a list of attendees in 2015 and 2016, but received privacy concerns in 2016. The 2016 list was removed and we have not published one since.
I must not have rights to go there because I cant even see where you are talking about.
