Another rally tradition is the introduction of the Redwood President - Ryan Juday and his Executive Management team. This is followed by a presentation from Ryan and a Q/A.

All questions must be submitted in advance, as no new questions will be accepted from the floor.

If you have a question, please respond to this thread, which remains open until July 5th, at which time I will compile them and forward to Ryan.

Please remember we wish to keep the meeting positive, so both the ROG and Redwood reserve the right to delete any questions deemed unacceptable.

This worked Great last year. The owners liked it because it gave everyone an opportunity to ask a question. Sometimes in these settings only a few get to speak. This format allowed for more involvement.

Andy, Do you want responses on this thread or PM to you at the President@RedwoodRVOwners.com?

Yes I agee, this format worked well last year. It also provides for a way to manage duplicate questions and the time constrains of the presentation to make sure the most asked questions get the most attention.

Thanks Lisa - forgot to include that part.

For this one, my preference will be to have questions submitted by responding to this thread, as hopefully it will cut back on duplication

Okay then, I'll start it off:
Ryan, has any more thought been given to adding the Mor/ryde IS System as an option, we know it can be done prior to Paint as that is how ours was done.

I hope this is the correct way to forward questions.

Question 1

I have been on the road since February away from my home base in San Antonio where I purchased the unit and do not plan to return until November after warranty expires. I have developed a number of issues that cannot be fixed at the rally in a 15 minute visit with a tech. I have attempted to have them remedied at authorized dealers but have been met with difficulties, from not being able to fit me into schedule in a reasonable amount of time, to "if you didn't buy it here we don't do warranty work" My warranty expires in a few months so my question is, Is there a way I can get an appointment with the factory to get these warranty issues fixed?

Question 2

Is there a customer (warranty) support line? I have called a couple of times and I am always referred to the dealer. Recently I had a Swentech Motor Controller (diagnosed by a mobile tech) go bad and asked the warranty department to send the part to me for installation. Ultimately what occurred the mobile tech had to order the part, I paid $438 for the part and was reimbursed only $148 from warranty.

Thank you to taking the time to answer our questions,
Respectfully,
Michael Stark

I would like to know if the Redwood management team has had any serious discussion or action with the Keystone team about providing an outstanding level of quality control from the factory and customer service after the sale. It does not take an indepth search to discover that many Redwoods seem to have the same quality issues coming out of the factory that other brands have, and the level of dissatisfaction in customer service seems on par with other brands as well. I would love to see Redwood rise as a leader in those two areas that would set its reputation far above other Keystone products and the RV industry in general.

Ryan: Last year at the rally I asked you if there would be any help for the Gel Coat problem we were having with the unpainted units and you answered yes! What did you mean by that? My coach looks HORRIBLE and I'm ashamed of it.I am sitting in a large park right now and do not see any other brand with this problem.I have trouble recommending a redwood coach to anybody because of this .I am willing to negotiate a solution if Redwood,CrossRoads,or Keystone can help me in any way.I love our Redwood and also Redwood warranty has been great with us and all our problems.Thank You Teri Poley/Larry Smith 2014RW36RL

Since we will be unable to attend the Rally this year, will the be a overview post of the question and answer session on the ROG website?

Why did Redwood decide to reduce the fresh water tank size from 100 gallons to 60? Although I understand many people don’t need the flexibility to not be at a campground with hook ups some owners do and water is always the limiting factor.
