Del would like information about a power cord roll up and different kinds of fold up steps. I cannot get the sign up with a tech page to work.

Janet,

From the "Home" page, please scroll down and select the link, "Signup for your 15 mins with a tech". This should take you to a page with the rally picture at the top, scrolling down will provide a listing the available times, with the current earliest time available being 14:15 (4 spots available) The furthest right hand column is headed "Register". The cells in this column are greyed out, put can be selected. Select the cell in the Register column, which lights up when you hover over it.

Once you select the cell (Register Individual) at the time you want it will take you to the registration form. It is partially filled out, just fill in the remaining fields.

If this doesn't work please advise at what point it doesn't work and any error messages received.

If you are unable to complete the registration online, we can add your request manually.

Today is the final day to sign up for your 15 min meeting with a tech and the minor repairs. Good response over the past few days, as we now have 70 signed up. This still leave about 18 that will miss this exceptional service provided by Redwood.

Remember, sign up closes today. No, zero extensions.

We didn’t sign up ... was waiting for the final agenda. Are they accepting late registrations

I did provide multiple reminders, but will forward your request to Ken, in the event he hasn't yet forwarded to RW.

Andy we signed up for this but it looks like we are not able to attend the rally. You can scratch Dennis Jendry off the list.

Ken is delaying sending the info to Redwood until first thing tomorrow morning. Please email me your VIN, contact number and 2 issues by 06:00 (PDST) tomorrow - president@redwoodrvowners.com

This is required information, so if received by 06:00 Ken will add you to the list.

Thank you. We literally just picked up our new 2019 unit. Not totally broke in yet. The two issues if we can get in are: ice maker doesn’t work and issue with wood separating.
