The only day that is available for the signup is the 18th.

Randy, the Redwood service manager, however has in years past done his best to get with each rally guest well before the 18th. The signup is so he and his team has an idea what needs to be done, how to reach each person and when they will arrive.

You can count on getting with the tech at the time of your scheduled meeting if you haven't already had a chance to connect with them earlier.

Every time we close awning it cuts the wires. Also need cabinet latches replaced. Also lippert needs to check our leaf springs.

Posting in this topic will not book an appointment or register your minor repairs. Just wanted to confirm you fond the tech sign-up link on the Home Page, as per the email I sent this morning.

I'm registered for the 2018 ROG Rally. I tried to sign up for the 15 minutes of tech support, but got an error message that said I am not authorized to sign up. Please fix this sign up issue for me. Thanks, Larry Fulton

I also note, anyone who paid for the rally through the donation option, the system has not added you to the 2018 rally attendees group. Unfortunately, my memory isn't as good as it used to be , so I can't remember everyone that used this option.

If you used the "Donation" option to pay for the rally, can you please PM or email me (president@redwoodrvowners.com) and I'll make the fix.

I just logged on again and still get the message that I'm not authorized. Feeling very frustrated with it. I've just dumped a lot of money for this rally and campsite and can't register to get anything checked out on the rig.

Thanks for your persistence with this. I believe I owe you a drink at the rally :unsure: . You've uncovered a bug in the signup process regarding registering as a Free member vs. a Supporting (Paid) membership.

The system was supposed to grant a user access to the rally specific resources upon payment for the rally. This was all working fine if the user is a supporting member but not if they only have a Free membership to the ROG.

Of course that is not how the system is supposed to work which is why you kept getting the Unauthorized message. You should now have access and should be able to sign up.

Yay I was finally able to open, complete the form and received a confirmation. Thanks for figuring it out. I'm not tech savvy so I figured it was me. Whew glad it wasn't me having a senior blonde moment.

We have 1 week left to sign up for your meeting with the Redwood Technician and 2 repairs. The sign up closes on June 3rd and will be forwarded to Redwood the following day so they may commence the planning phase.

At present we have just over 50 signed up out of about 90 total registrations, so lots more have yet to sign up.

We now have 5 days remaining to sign up for the 15 min tech meeting and 2 repairs at the rally. Currently we have 59 signed up, so almost 30 have not yet signed up for what some consider the best feature of the rally.
