Hi Everyone,

I am thinking about going to the national rally. I have a question or too. Does the camp ground sell out ? When is the dead line to sign-up ? What else do I need to know ? Does the camp ground have a limit on the size of the truck that pulls the trailer ?

Thanks for any info,
Al

Does the campground sell out - in 2018 the campground was sold out about 1 month before the rally & had a waiting list. The rally is also limited to 100 coaches and we have received over 100 registrations, but with cancellations, every year we are just below the max number.

Sign-up deadline - Registrations will open Feb 1st. We usually have an early bird period to April and a final deadline about end of June, or until all spots reserved.

No limit on size of truck. In 2014 we had a full semi tractor towing a Redwood

Registration is a 2-step process. You must reserve and pay for a campsite directly with the campground. Do not use the online reservation, as they do not offer the rally rates. You must call the campground to receive the rally rate. The campground is probably now closed for the winter, but they do check phone messages periodically. You also complete the online ROG registration process, when it opens.

Hope that helps. If you have any other questions, please post them or send Lisa or I an email or PM.

Hi Everyone,

Thank you so much for the great info. I will keep watching for info about the rally after the first of the year. The nice thing for me is the trip should be about 4 1/2 hour drive from Map Quest. By the time the rally comes my trailer just might need the help of the Redwood tech's.

Thank you for the info,
Al
