In a conversation, trying to figure out what went wrong with his profile update, Elliott asked a very valid question (IMO):

What is a canvas? It's a new term to me.

My response:

Agree (canvas) new to me as well.

On each users profile are two images. One is the “canvas” and one is the “profile”. The “canvas” is the long skinny image as on my (kena) profile shows as my F350 (TV), and the other is the “profile” which is me and my wife (Gisela) trying to take a selfie (or a self-us as the case maybe).

When you select to “Edit->Update your profile”, or go into edit mode, the first tab “canvas” gives you the option to update that image, and the last “Portrait” gives you the update to update that image. Now reviewing this with you, a change in the order of those tabs is certainly in order (ha ha).

I would recommend while using a 4G connection you only update 1 at a time, but I will start to test that and see if I can figure out if we have a limit somewhere that needs to be adjusted given our target audience of very model-maybe cell phone connected users.

So this tells me the ROG FAQ is born! I suggest an article under on the "Resource" menu along side "Manuals", "Owner Mods" etc etc, but that needs a FAQ editor, or editor team? How do we do that now that we have the 1st FAQ answer?
