I thought maybe a discussion started on this topic might be helpful. We all have ideas, and they are all good! Sometimes it's helpful to lay it out and LOOK at it. With that in mind, I would like to propose that we "try on" some topics and hierarchies to see how they LOOK. Ken, would that be too much work? We can use the feedback that we already have to get started. Just a thought. :silly:

Another idea for topic because I see this a lot. PRODUCT TESTIMONIALS. I say this because I think it would create a "shopping" experience sort of. Subtopics could then hopefully evolve as (for example) "New Cooktop" or "Don't buy this Back up camera" or "Great Shower head" or any other product that a forum member has that they want to share or beware! Just an idea. 😉

People like to express their opinions, vent, comment, etc. The ROG is offering a resource (this forum) that purports to have a VOICE directly to Redwood... In that spirit, what does everyone think of having a Forum Topic called something like "DEAR REDWOOD" with the intention that postings under that topic might satisfy member's desire to "say something directly to Redwood". There will be no indications that Redwood WILL respond to any of the postings there, but with the new, upgraded participation by Redwood in the forums, it seems like a good way to give Redwood participants a collective in which to peruse the comments of their owners.

I am thinking of a place to voice praise, ideas, recommendations, and yes, complaints as well. Half the battle with a disgruntled person is to afford them the opportunity to simply be heard. I am certainly willing to help seed the topic with POSITIVE comments to anticipate counterbalancing the negative comments here. This might be a good place to express dealer/service kudos or complaints as well... Redwood has expressed a desire to know about these things.

Not sure if it would be a good idea or not, but seems like it might be of value to both Redwood and ROG members. Thoughts? :huh:
