The website has been updated with our new membership rates for 2017, both for renewals and new members.

Charter/Regular Members

Membership renewals for our Charter members will commence in February. You have 2 options when renewing:
- $25 for one (1) year
- $45 for two (2) years (10% discount)

In recognition of the support provided by renewing members, we will manually extend the expiry by three (3) months. Please refer to the document on the previous thread for limitations.

Free Members/New Members
We implemented a very affordable introductory rate for our current free members and new members.
- $15 for one (1) year

To our many Free Members, please consider supporting the ROG with a new affordable membership, so we can continue to be a voice for Redwood owners and continue hosting at least the annual Rally.

Regular Members
All regular members who joined after the 2016 Rally and paid $50, will receive a complimentary year added to their membership.

Dave,

Memberships are renewed using the "Manage Subscription" tab in the User Menu.

However, we have just noted an issue with the software that is not providing both options for Charter Memberships. Ken is working on the problem.

Dave -

You are a charter member so you should see the 2 year renewal option if you are with in I believe 90 days of expiration.

As we approach the end of January, with the new 2017 rates being in place for only 3 weeks, I am pleased to announce we have already received 11 new members and/or renewals.

Thank you to everyone who has taken out a new paid membership or renewal for your support of your Owner's Group.

For renewals, the system is set up to renew for 1 or 2 years from the date of renewal, therefore you receive a pro-rated fee based on the number of days left in your current subscription.

Should we have a button under the main menu that reads "renew here" and another button that reads "join here"? It is not obvious to me where to go to renew.

Andy

Was going to renew, but I only have the one year option available, would prefer to renew for the two year time frame. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Steve, i am far from computer literate, in fact my kids say i am dangerous with one... I fumbled around for a while until i figured it out ... I just went to my " Manage Subscription" section, and am unable to duplicate it because i am showing as good till 2019 now...
i can say that after i figured it out, ( after canceling what i had done 3-4 times) i called myself names for being goofy...

Hi Jim,

We did have a software issue with the 2-year option for Charter Members, but Ken has worked his magic, solving the problem.

You are within 90 days of the renewal, so you should now see the option for a 2-year renewal when selecting "Manage Subscription" from the left sidebar.

If you don't see the 2-year option, please advise and I'll ask Ken to check into the issue, as it's way above my level of knowledge.

Hi Steve,

Affirmative, we had a software glitch and the 2-year option wasn't initially available for Charter Members. Ken has worked his magic and it is now available.

If you still want to sign up for 2-years we can by-pass the system and complete it manually. It would require posting a cheque for the difference to Lisa and I will update your expiry date.

If you are still interested in the 2-year option, please send me an email (president@redwoodrvowners.com) or a PM and we will make it happen.
