I met with Ryan Juday, the new Crossroads/Redwood President and 2 of his senior staff yesterday morning.

At the Rally last year, the ROG initiated discussions with Redwood management regarding the implementation of a warranty transfer program, should the original owner sell the coach during the warranty period. Redwood implemented a warranty transfer, but required payment of a fee.

Effective immediately, Ryan advised that the warranty transfer is now available without payment of a fee.

Nice job and I (we) appreciate that, but now go after the quality problems to begin with...

  • Inferior A/C Ducting
  • Undersized Axles
  • Undersized Electric Brakes
  • For some, the Trail Air Pin Box
  • The Floopy Roof that does not stay adhered
  • Slide Seals
  • Maxx Air Fan Gears last less than 2 years

These are not "upgrade" issues. These are quality/design issues.
