After seeing several posts addressing the NORCO slide leaks I have been watching, very closely, BR slide in our '17 38RL that we purchased in Sep "16. Have endured 4 or 5 heavy thunder storms the past 6 weeks and have never found any water or evidence of leaking, until this morning. Was doing some straightening up in the hall closet and noticed a dark, wet stain on the floor. Something must have spilled I thought. Couldn't find any leaking container. Got down on my knees with a rag to wipe it up and when I put my hand down for support, the floor gave under my weight. Closer inspection discovered that the floor was swelled up. The moisture that was there had evidently wept up from the sub floor through the seams in the vinyl tile. I went outside and discovered that the under side of the floor was also swelled and soft, easily pushed upward; it is evidently very saturated. In addition, it is evident that the floor has swelled by observing the edge trim at the bottom of the side wall. [photos attached] Will be contacting the factory in the morning. Biggest challenge for us is that we are full time.
Sounds like you might be under warranty...
But a repair like that will require the slide to be removed. Expect an extended stay.
Can you tell where it might have come from? Top? Side? Bottom? Are there any wrinkles in the paneling? It the ceiling sagging? Do the seals on top of the slide reach the slide itself?
A common leakage point is located in your second picture (just above the screws. If the caulking separate there, it is a target for water intrusion. But due to the amount of water within the plywood, this would seem to indicate a bigger problem.
Thanks for the feedback. I have inspected everywhere I can find to look. Running my fingers behind the wipes I find no moisture. I have slide toppers that over hang the slide about 5" on each end. The top of the slide room is dry. The SnS is not topped but find no moisture around it inside. The trim piece has a good seal bead across the top edge. I am baffled. Last thing to check it to remove the panel cover the W/D plumbing. (We have no W/D) BTW. Still under warranty.

oooo
Okay all. Here is a follow-up. It appears that it is a hydraulic fluid leak. Look at the photo of the floor. It didn't register at the time but that reddish brown stuff is hydraulic fluid that wicked up through the seam in the vinyl tile. Was just at MorRyde having the IS system installed. When the tech dropped the belly pan, approximately 1/4 cup of hydraulic fluid ran out onto the floor. It doesn't change the fact that the slide will have to come out to replace the floor however, I think I am happier that it isn't a water leak.
