We were ready to pull out last week and our big bedroom slide would not move. We had a mobile tech out to help get the slide in manually so we could move on. The tech was able to test the motor and determine that we need a new motor. (he was not able to get a replacement for several days, so we had to leave) We have a 38RL, so we are able to squeeze through to bedroom and bathroom until we get it fixed.

Has anyone replaced the motor personally? Seems like it is a "plug and play" replacement. I found one Youtube instruction video, but it is several years old.

Replaced the Schwintek Motor in our Slide, it was actually pretty easy to do.
Watched a YouTube Video and the change out was just like the video showed.
Get access to the motor, remove the screw that secures the motor from the outside, lift the motor out, unplug it, reverse the sequence, done.
Ordered a replacement motor from Amazon.
