Improving A/C Preformance Draft

Attached is my first "kick at the can" for A/C System performance solutions / improvements.

We have dramatically improved our A/C system performance by doing all the items shown in the PDF.

Suggestions, Edits and Comments appreciated

I hope this is the right place for this post...

I think the presentation on A/C problems by Rob_Fla is excellent! There was a lot of thought and effort put into this one. Rob, could you re-post in this forum for others to see your work?

Separately...In an additional continuous improvement effort, I would like to offer this expanded version of what Rob created if acceptable.

This is terrific work from both of you.

May I make another suggestion - a step by step description of how you added the additional returns and supply outlets, including tools required, part numbers, etc.

You mentioned the ducts are 2" high. Providing the width of the fore & aft trunks will also be helpful so we know the tolerance for installing additional registers.
