Taking a break, in storage in North Texas. Our first big adventure with the HDT to San Antonio staying at Travelers RV Resort last week. There we saw 2 other Redwoods and talked to both owners one of them is not on the sight but does haul his Black and Silver with an HDT newer Volvo VNL than ours painted black to go with the RW looked incredible. Set up to Haul his Touring Harley and smart car. Next big adventure May for my annual migration North for work..... until then a few smaller two day excursions are on the radar.

That's not too far from our home base. How do you like the park there?

Its a nice small park. It is full right now. We are waiting for a 50 amp FHU site to open up so we can move to it. Years ago there were bunches of deer on the grounds but when we pulled in there were only three at the entrance.

Outdoor Resorts at Orlando on Highway 192, 6 miles from Disney World. Where we will be spending our winters for the next several grandkids. LOL. Summer travel will be to Maine, UP Michigan, Rally in Indiana, Yellowstone, Southern California, then back to the Mouse.

No, Joe, although I have heard Tropical Palms is really nice. Have not been there. ORO is right next to Lake Magic on 192. We bought a site here over the summer and we really really like it. It’s an older established park with mostly park models but several RV spots. It has a canal system that goes into Lake Davenport (great for the kayaks), clubhouse, golf course, two swimming pools, tennis/pickle ball courts (which I hope we have some RW owners who play PB) and guard/gate. Anyone looking for a longer term spot in the Orlando/Kissimmee area should check it out. Several sites for rent and for sale. And super convenient for our work at WDW. 20 min drive and that includes getting into the cast parking lot.

Tanglewood Outback Resort, not the cheapest in the area, but has the largest sites of any place we ever stayed in 40+ years of camping.

In the shop repairing a damaged awning arm, leaking hydraulic hoses for the jacks, and one leaking jack. hope it is finished by Friday. Then she will rest undercover till we return in May from the Philippines. Just could not get the floats back from Cuba in time for the trip, so we will just take a plane.
