We had a tear in our vinyl in front of the refrigerator done by the slide out. Gary Kincaid at the Rally put in a work order for the repair. We took the Redwood in to Topeka and met with Ben Tripple discussed needed repairs and off we went. Ben called and said the repairs were completed and we made travel arrangements to pick it up. We are lucky enough to live in the Indianapolis area wth only a 4 hour drive to Topeka.

We mentioned to Ben that we would come up late in the afternoon, sleep in the camper and meet with Ben and Gary in the morning before we take off. The temperature was 86 degrees outside, and we expected to stop by, put our Dog Yogi in the camper, turn on both AC's go have dinner.

We arrived to find our unit, out front, plugged into 50 amp, AC's on, slide outs were out, steps were down, inside lights were turned on, and in case we arrived late the outside lights were on. They even thought enough to turn on the ceiling fan in the living room!! We were very impressed!! We have friends who own Tiffin Busses, and they share how thoughtful they are when they come in for service or repairs.

I realize this might be monitored by Crossroads management, I just want them to know we were impressed and completely happy with the service from Ben Triffle and Gary Kincaid. A Big Thank You to everyone involved at Crossroads. Often we hear negative comments, I wanted to make sure you hear from very pleased customers.

Sincerely,
Allen and Kim Wehr

Your Welcome Andy, it is nice to be fair when things work out well, as it did with this experience. Safe Travels.
