Not exactly sure how Keystone is structured in with Crossroads and Redwood, but they seem to be changing the Warranty program (again). This time, it appears to be a 3-year warranty. That won't do previous buyers any good:

I really like the comments by Keystone RV COE Matt Zimmerman:
"The initiative is driven by the company's tremendous growth in retail sales across the board, ESPECIALLY with regard to MILLENNIAL'S with THEIR elevated expectations for an automotive-like service experience"
I guess I am confused on who WE are...I thought we were the baby boomers buying higher end RV's that are their bread and butter. I guess they have changed our titles from baby boomers to millennial's. I must have missed that one somewhere...When was the last time you saw a millennial screaming about the quality of design and craftsmanship?
It goes on to talk about "one-on-one" relationships? The last time I called, I was out of luck and on my own...
He did get one part right for sure:
"We have to evolve. We have to get better". I can't argue this one...but how many years will it take?
"Production personnel will continue to be held personally accountable for quality manufacturing, with employees correcting deficiencies - a process that typically leads to improved procedures".
They must be on the way to my house now to fix all of the problems I have already fixed. Right...
I'll just let you read the rest of the article for yourself. It's embarrassing to a person like me who had to fix way too may problems. It's all I can do to keep from laughing...
I did find this great article by Bib Livingston who is the former group Publisher and Senior VP for GS Media and Events (Publishers of Trailer Life and MotorHome magazines). He and his wife spend most of their year in a fifth wheel RV. Finally...Someone who knows what its like to LIVE in an RV...
Anyway, take a moment to read this great article about full-timers REALLY want. He's spot-on. (3rd column on the right).
In response to the OP, "I guess I am confused on who WE are...I thought we were the baby boomers buying higher end RV's that are their bread and butter. Can't speak for the U.S. but in Canada & UK, the millennials are considered as the kids of the late baby boomers. While I don't believe any dates are cast in stone, they are generally accepted to be 1980's, 1990's and early 2000's. Therefore, both our kids fall into this category.
From what I have read, they are now a larger group than baby boomers and they are considered to be the largest segment of the population in the Western Hemisphere.
I suggest most of them are not purchasing high end RV's, which is why the sales in the lower end are hot.
Well we are clearly "Gen-X" squeezed between the BBers and Mils.....
So what does that make us?
Guess we'll just have to continue to do our own thing. Somethings in life never change......

I guess at 53, we are either very tail end of the Boomers, or beginning of GenX ?
Not sure what they call us? I've been called the tail end of a couple things in past though.

So here's the best description of the marketing generations I've seen yet.
http://socialmarketing.org/archives/generations-xy-z-and-the-others/
The way I see it, looking just at the numbers I am the tail end of the Boomer II/Generation Jones and my wife is solidly in the Gen-X group.
Although I identify with the "suffer from this long shadow cast by Boomers I", that applies equally to the Boomer II/Jones group as it does with the Gen-X group. With that, I identify far more with the Gen-X crowd especially when it comes to being the "lost" generation or having been a "latchkey" kid. I've been saying that for years.
Also since my wife is in the Gen-X group I'm electing that as my group because I'd hate to think our marriage is inter-generational (haha).
