Crossroads / Redwood Customer Service

Our recent trip to Texas has been challenging to say the least, with the Pin Box Failure and then the Roof Membrane Failure.
A bright spot has been Customer Support Team at Crossroads / Redwood.
I dealt with Mark B, one of the Customer Support Team members at Redwood, he was very professional, kept me informed and updated as to the progress of our Warranty approvals and what he needed to keep the process moving forward.
Mark has turned a very difficult / trying situation for a Fulltimer into a positive outcome.

We really enjoy living and traveling in our Redwood and get lots of questions about it at many of our stops during our travels.
Our recent customer service experience is just one more reason for us to recommend the Redwood product to others.

Rob - Great news and although we are now out of warranty, it is consistent with our experience.

We had no such luck with RW, they contiue to delay in responding and warranty work is denied.
