We recently sold our 38GK and sold what was remaining on our extended warranty. The warranty company refunded our credit back to America Choice RV in Ocala FL on October 18. America Choice will not return phone calls despite numerous attempts to talk to various people. Does anyone have a suggestion on how we can get them to return our credit.

Start by recording EVERYTHING. Dates, times and get the full name of anyone you talk with. Go to the supervisor and don't be afraid to elevate it right on up.
Next, send a certified letter with return receipt requested. Make the other end sign as well.
File a notice with the local BBB.
If none of this works, unfortunately the attorney may be next. They are not cheap.
Depending on the amount, you could also consider filing in the small claims court. Generally, you won't need an attorney there but don't discount the use of one.
Another alternative is yo contact your local TV station and talk with their action line. Many a dealership will avoid the bad press....
I generally won't take out extended warranties as you typically have to fight claims, ridiculous deductibles and as you are experiencing, bad service.
Sorry to hear about your problem.
If still experiencing problems you could try Trailer Life's RV Action Line. They seem to get most issues resolved.
