I have 2 kudos . .
1- Redwood service called me today apologizing for not sending my claim check...It seems as though it fell through the cracks. ,and they were very sorry... I had a spot that needed to be touched up by a body shop, Redwood allowed me to get a quote from a local body shop earlier this year.. I just sent the paid invoice over to them a few weeks ago and forgot about it...
2- used our central vac for the first time and the extension pole was cracked,sent a pic to the dealer. ( WhiteHorse RV )they ordered a whole new kit. They called me today, the new kit is in, they will ship it to my house with a label to return the old one back to them... I don't even have to leave my house..
I believe that with the proper dealer backing , Rewdood now has the ability to stand above so many others !

Great news and further proof that Ryan's influence and vision is starting to trickle down and Redwood are actively implementing what was talked about at the Rally.
We have been so inundated with problems over the past year, it is great to again be hearing about positives.
