I had a bit of an accident last month (see photo) & now rv body repair facility is trying to locate parts, called Lazy Days Tucson 1 week ago & no return calls, the facility called today & LD says since RW is now a Keystone product no parts are available through them. Didn't bother to return the call a week ago & now don't sell parts, what a joke.
We tried several years ago to trade with Lazy Days in Florida & back then they were a joke also!
If looking for a rv go anywhere but Lazy Days!!!

I concur, I had work done there when it was Beaudry and after the transition to LD, a lot of the staff and management was retained during the transition. They tried to fix the furnace on a previous RV, the tech was a parts changer and replaced a motor when it was a main board problem, got it fixed properly in Yuma (Al's RV service), I made some noise on another forum and they did reimburse me for the cost of the work though.
