My Redwood is like new!!!!

Randy and Gary at Crossroads did an amazing job in fixing our Redwood. They replaced and welded in new supports for the floor and for the water tank. Put a new water tank in, replaced all the water lines and put a vent in which the original tank did not have therefore causing all the problems. They went beyond and fixed a few extra problems that they found.I could not be any more pleased with the quality and quickness that they gave to our problem. Dealer on the other hand was pretty much worthless and I will not under any circumstance go back to them. Go in with one problem come out with two. Thank you to the Crossroads production people and to Andie who was also incredible. Happy Campers here. See you all in July!!!

Randy and his crew are one of the biggest assets to the Redwood brand.

He bent over backwards to fix every single item we had mentioned and then went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect to both our expectations and HIS. He puts a high priority on quality workmanship.

Randy and his Tech's have worked on our RW a couple of times, and we too have nothing but praise for their professionalism and competence! An absolute breath of fresh air after trying to get any service work completed at the dealerships we have visited!!

I agree 100%.... The guys at the service center are great!!!!!! Most dealers are giving RW a very, bad reputation and this is where RW needs to step in soon.

I did a search tonight from the RW site and my closest RW dealer listed was 268 miles away. Not that I will go there but a potential buyer will not want to travel this far for service and will move on to another RV.

The dealer where we purchased ours in late 20014 said they did away with RW because they could not get parts or warrantee claims supplied and answered in a timely manner
