There is a new Redwood recall out there #18-319 for 2016-2017 Redwoods for a rear ladder blocking a secondary emergency exit. Their fix is to remove the sticker from the window. I think I remember hearing that all that is required for emergency exits are two. One in the front and one in the rear. Our Redwood has one in the front and two in the rear.

Mine wasn't blocked by the ladder nor did it have a sticker, but you'd have to move the couch out about a foot to unlatch the window, not a real fast emergency exit.
That was all before that handle broke off twice from the couch hitting it. After the 2nd handle broke I wired the window shut & called it good. The window at the end of couch is a bit bigger (still would be tight for my mighty gurth) & easier to get to.

To cure the handle breaking I put a 2X4 X5' behind the sofa, Then another one under the front of the sofa to make it set level {always felt like we were falling/leaning forward}.
