I have to give a big shout out to Megan and the service department at Castle Country RV in Helper, Utah. They are a redwood dealer. I found a window leaking while in Moab, UT. I saw the dealer had redwoods on the lot so I just pulled in on the way to Heber City, UT and asked if they could look at my window, she had 2 service tech fixing my window in the rain. I was there less than 30 minutes and back on the road. I can't even get that from the dealer I bought the unit from. Keep these folks on your list.

Mike

Based on your positive review of Castle Country RV in Helper, Utah, we had two solar panels and a controller installed there for about $1,000 after our visit to Capitol Reef National Park. We may also have them install three slide toppers for about $1,200. The staff (Megan and Danielle) are very helpful and the technicians seem to be competent. Thanks for the referral.

What size panels did you get? 100W, 200W, 300W?

Fixed, rotating, portable panels?

Which controller?

Any new batteries? Which batteries are you using?

Castle Country RV installed a Go Power kit consisting of two 150W panels and a 30 Amp controller. The panels were fixed to the roof and are not moveable. Go Power suggests the addition of a portable panel if additional solar power is desired. I have four 6 volt AGM batteries.
