As some of you noticed during the rally, our RV was injured during a blowout on I-65 in Kentucky enroute to the rally. We arranged to stop at Duncan's in Elkhart, IN for an estimate and schedule repairs after the rally. While we were having other issues attended to by Crossroads in the campground. One of the supervisors on site looked at the damage and said he would see if he could get the pieces to repair it but could not promise anything. The next morning the parts fairy dropped the parts off as we were getting the truck weighed. Amazing. On Monday when we left the campground we loaded up the parts into the Rv and slowly retracted the slides and drove back over to Duncan's to schedule the repairs. They told us to park in their campground and they would start the repairs on Tuesday. Tuesday morning came we closed up all the slides and retracted the rear jacks and they came to the campsite and retrieved the RV and replaced the damaged section and started taping it off for painting. At 4:30 the returned the Rv to the site and came and got it again and painted it then returned it to the site at the end of the day. Thursday a final buff and we were on our way to Michigan. Erica at Duncan's claimed that it was the fastest repair that they ever completed. The never had the customer bring the parts with them before. So thanks to Redwood/Crossroads for the parts and to Duncan's for the timely repairs. Wouldn't it be nice if everything flowed that smoothly?

Based on the new Vendor relationship for parts (Tiara) that Redwood has set up, hopefully all repairs will flow this smoothly going forward.

Had we been in this situation and received support like this, we would be EXTREMELY satisfied! But then again, we're hoping not to have a blowout on future travels... :S

This is going above and beyond "Customer Service"!

Thank you Redwood for helping this couple out! :woohoo:

Thanks for sharing your experience. It is great to see RW and a dealer partnering so successfully.
