Circumstances have made it so that we are going to be renting out our 2013 redwood. The problem is that we can not get insurance if someone is renting it. How can we take care of this need?
Have you tried to contact Good Sams to see what their insurance partner can do for you?

Check out the Technical Library as we have listed many insurance companies. Select Web Resources on the left sidebar and scroll down to Security/Insurance. You will find many companies list with contact details.
Hope it's parked somewhere & not every Tom, Dick & Harry towing it, there are WAY too many variables to consider if they will be towing. Stationary it may be like any other rental property with a bigger learning curve. Just my .02 cents.

I just did a quick 2-second search and came up with this one right away....
They are a national RV rental agency working with owners and renters. They have an insurance policy available through their website:

There are likely many other sites just like this. I searched: "rv rental insurance for owners"
Thank you. I also found out that the renter can get the insurance with the VIN number of the trailer as being in possession of the trailer. Then that doc can be given to the bank to satisfy the need for comp and collision for the loan on the trailer. (Good Sam Insurance)
