Folks, we had some issues with stress cracks. We have used our coach quite a bit since purchasing it in 2012. We have a 2012 36FL with full body paint and a ton of upgrades. We recently found some stress cracks while waxing our coach. We contacted Redwood Service and they directed us to Camping World in St. Augustine, FL (we live in St. Augustine, FL). Camping World took pictures, and processed a work order to Redwood. Redwood elected to accomplish the work at the Redwood factory service center. Redwood had our coach transported to their facility to perform the work. Today I received a call from Bettina (she deserves a medal for her outstanding customer service in this matter) advising me that our coach was almost complete, they were awaiting one part and that all the major work has been fixed and that she would call again when our coach was shipped back to Camping World in St. Augustine. WOW, great service and REDWOOD STOOD BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND WARRANTY!!! Great customer service. I will advise all when we get our coach back and send pictures of the work accomplished. 🙂 🙂

That is great news, Redwood has always stepped up to the plate for us and done the right thing.
We have always had 1st Class customer service.

John - Great news and is consistent with our experience with Redwood.

Are the cracks at the corner of the LR slides, as we experienced a crack on the passenger side. We had it fixed at Hitch N' Go while driving through Ontario.

Yes on the front corner of the living room slides. We also had a crack above the master bedroom slide on the driver's side

Thanks John - I'll check our rear slides for cracks as well.

Also check under the rear door (if you have a 36/38 FL) as we had one there as well

John,
Thanks for the update. My experience with RW service center has been great as they have always worked hard to complete any issues.

We also had Excellent service at the Redwood service center. Everyone I met there was more then happy to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to fix the problems.More then willing to listen to my concerns. I don't think I posted the list here so here is what they did when I brought it to them.
Replaced both entry doors and painted.
Replaced kitchen slide roof.
Replaced both fender skirts and painted.
Replaced bedroom pocket door and trim.
Repaired or replaced misc.trim falling apart.
Repaired bedroom slide draws as they would not come out on there own.
Repaired cut off switch and charging problem.
Repaired some loose exterior trim and a few paint flaws.
Repaired the AC system so it now works as it should.
They also did a complete inspection along with a flex test on the pin.
I'm sure there are a few things I forgot to mention but this is the bulk.

Just great people at the service center willing to help and only downside is that it's 850 miles each way.

Steve
