Good idea ,
I wonder if they can give us some contact info ? Perhaps a list of numbers ? Something to aid in repairs..
We can try to get this info but it may be the same as asking for a schematic of your trailer. As owners it would be nice to have a nation wide list of contacts for repairs. My feeling on the matter is that none of the manufacturer's could give a dam after the unit goes to a dealer to be sold. As long as profit margin is up
I have received a response from Redwood regarding our ability to use mobile techs for warranty work.
The only mobile techs now approved for warranty work are those that are included in the "Key Express System", which I assume is a Keystone system. Otherwise, a mobile tech must be sub-contracted through a dealer.
Andy, can we get some clarification as to what this "Key Express Syster" entails??
I just did a quick search and only came up with results regarding Keys, auto, home, etc. Even tried putting Keystone in front and still nothing. We need to know if there is some sort of list of Approved Mobile Techs or how we go about finding one.
Thanks for the updates.
Michelle - when I searched yesterday I found a reference in a dealers only area of the Keystone website. I have asked how full-timers still under warranty can access this system, since it is extremely challenging to find a dealer with timely appointments available.
