Being from the north, I only bought mine with 1 air conditioner. Now I want a second one. During a trip to Shipshewana a few years ago, I was assured that I was wired for a second AC. Now, no one at Redwood or its successors can tell either me or my dealer that this is so. The simple addition of a second AC could run me $2k if it isn't. Great to have continuity. Has anyone added one to a 2014? The returns are there, and it is framed according to a drawing I received through Keystone. but even Keystone could find anyone that knew if it was wired.
Is there a vent in that spot now? Or some sort of cover indicating the location? If so remove it to see if the wiring is there! I would guess it is.
I did not know RW offered a single ac unit in any of their 5ers, thought all had 2 & a 3rd is now an option. Regardless of where I lived or what size rv I bought, it would be equipped with 2 acs minimum!!

The second air conditioner is to be installed in the main part of the trailer.
When we bought it,we spent more than we wanted to, expecting to get the best quality, so we didn't add the 2nd air.
Do you have the Linc Pad or other electronic method for controlling lights, slides, etc, or are you all manual with switches for everything. If the latter it could become interesting running the thermostat control line.
On our Montana we only had the 1 AC, but next to the bedroom ceiling vent was a blank plate which contained the power and control line for a second AC so the cost to add the second AC was the cost of the AC and a reasonable install charge and the loss of that ceiling vent.
