Been home for a week or two... Plugged into 30amp shore plug...packed up and drove 3 hours to College Park MD on my way to Charlotte..
After the 3 hour ride , while leveling , I got a low voltage message ?? So I went inside and checked the meter and it was showing no bars... I plugged in and got all my bars back... Leveled and siting here wondering..
Keep it easy , I am electronically challenged

Wish I could help but the smart phone is just as complicated to me as your problem.
The full bars was told to me to be showing you are hooked to shore power and the indicators only show batteries when not connected to shore power. Did you check the bars after you got disconnected and ready to travel?
No , I did not.... I will look in the am.. Leaving at 6am tomorrow ,will do it then
If you still have the factory batteries you may need to check the water level in the batteries. They may need to be topped off.

Well ,
Before I left this morning I checked and my meters showed as full charge... I stopped at Mc Georges RV in Ashland this morning , told them what was going on and they checked me out. The truck is charging as it should... The inverter is also working as it should..... When I got done the 2 hour drive there , I was still at full charge.. He said my tv booster could have caused that ?? I drove the next 7 hours down to Charlotte and had dropped to 1/2 charge once here ??? Shouldn't it have stayed at full charge if it was accepting the charge ?

I was seeing a similar issue on our 36RL, and when I started trouble shooting it I found the terms on the Battery disconnect switch weren't even finger tight. Tightened and no problem after that.

The other possibility (probably not your problem but I thought that I would throw it out) is that somehow your disconnect switch is off or something similar to the wiring comments above. At the dealer were you connected to power? That would show as full battery power when plugged in, not the battery condition.
With the original wire set up, if the battery switch is off the batteries will discharge over time even if the RW is plugged in because the phantom loads (level up etc.) are connected to the batteries and the batteries aren't getting any power from the convertor to charge them.
I am hoping to skip out of work a bit early later today so I can go back and check all the connections... I am thinking that one may be loose?? I first noticed this happen while I was in Indiana, just after getting the genny installed and did not think anything of it..
Now that it is happening , I have to wonder if while they were installing the genny , they left something loose???
Joe,
Welcome to Shipshewana South and the sea of grey!

Sorry Jay , not in Indiana now... In Charlotte NC heading South... As if it weren't hot enough now at 103 today. . .
Finally had time to check things out and found a loose wire.. It was the positive wire on the rear battery, and the nut was aboit 2 turns from coming off..
I think it was. tiara rv mistake, but who cares now...
As long as i am fine , thats all that matters..
Enjoy the rally all!
Joe
Nicely done!
