We need pictures or some way to get a wiring diagram from inside wall wiring to thermostat. We are replacing the thermostat and can't get anything hooked up right. If redwood would just send pictures of one they are putting together, that would be great but I have no idea how to get in touch with them. Any help would be appreciated.

Pat, you may get more information if you just post all your comments and requests in one thread instead of starting a new thread for each. Multiple threads gets very confusing. First, what is the exact model of your new thermostat? Is it exactly the same as the old one? Which are you replacing, the one for the front a/c or the rear a/c? Is that unit a heat pump? Do you have the In Command system in your Redwood?

Pat, I hope this helps. This is the AC/Heat Pump wiring in the wall of our 2015 38RL.

Thanks so much. We tried matching your wires, but still no luck. We don't have all the same colors. We tried switching what we thought would be the same but still no luck. We can get AC to come on and have to manually turn off and so far no luck with heat, but we are in Florida so won't need it for awhile. I think our problem is, that they replaced our thermostat with a newer one. They don't make our exact model anymore and colored wires are making it really difficult. We would call someone out but we probably couldn't afford the hourly rate for them to do the same thing we are doing.
I really appreciate your time and the picture.

Thank you so much.

Not sure from your post if the A/C side is working correctly or not. If it is and the heat side isn't, you may have the same problem as we had recently. On the heat side, I got a click when the stat called for heat but the furnace didn't come on. The problem was that the main board in the furnace was bad (it happened before to us), replacing the main board got the furnace working.
