We camped at Indiana Dunes State Park in Chesterton IN for a week and a half during the 4th of July. Pretty hot for some folks. Our A/C's did great. I removed all the covers, louvers and trimmed down the extra that sticks up inside the ducts. Foil taped around all the holes from the ceiling into the ducts. No leaking cold air into warm/ hot attic now.

Others had a difficult time keeping their units cool. Wasn't sure of the manufacturer of the tent or the A/C unit in the following pics. Clever, but I bet it ran all the time as the tent wasn't insulated at all.

Do you have a contact to purchase the return air grills...I have not been able to locate them as of yet. I plan to add some returns to help with air-flow, I did pop some covers and it does look pretty good in the ducts..thanks.

I was also not able to find a direct source and bought my return air grills from Tiara RV

The round supply registers are available direct from the manufacturer at www.dwincorp.com
