The circuit breaker panel has an intermittent high pitch squealing sound. Cannot replicate even with high loads. Is this a fire hazard? Will Redwood warranty something that still functions and is intermittent?

First thought...I wonder if that you are hearing the inverter running. Electricity itself is silent.
Can you determine if the sound is coming from the actual panel or just below it?
Can you smell any kind of "burning" smell?
Does the noise sound anything like an "arcing" or "sizzling" noise? If that is what you are hearing, it could be a loose wire, breaker or connection point. In that case, that needs immediate attention. Don't wait. That would be a potential fire waiting to ignite.
I am not at all skilled with electrical issues. No sizzle. No smell.
We seem to have discovered a "cause - effect" relationship. Last night when we shut off some of the lighting in the RV (center island lights, etc.) the squeal stopped. We still had high power AC devices running such as the fireplace and TV. Does this indicate
The sound appears to be coming from the circuit breaker panel. I do not know where our inverter is located. Could it be behind the circuit breakers? In our previous rig (Airstream) the inverter was out in the open under the bed.
The squeal decibel level is getting worse.
I think I will call Redwood today.
Just a thought , could it be the fan on the inverter?
Sounds like the fan for the invertor is crapping out like the post above. It is all part of the same unit yor fuses and breakers are in.you can undo the 4 or so screws and pull the unit out. You can then acsessible the fan and spin it or wiggle to see if you have play on the shaft it rides on.unplug fromm shore power and disconnect your battery cable if unfamiliar with electricity prior to pulling it out

The lights over the island are operating off of the DC voltage, as do all of the lights in the trailer, except for the lights on the microwave. Your issue is likely related to the converter.
If you have a residential refrigerator, then you have an inverter/converter combination. The inverter converts the DC battery voltage to AC voltage for your appliances, whereas the converter converts AC voltage from shore power to DC voltage to charge your batteries and supply DC voltage for your lights and hydraulic pump system.
When you noticed that the "whining" stopped after turning off the lights over the island, the noise could be related to the cooling fan on the converter squealing or transformers within the converter producing some winding noise. I would recommend you talk with Redwood customer service and explain as precisely as you can. Hopefully, they will be knowledgeable enough to help you with getting the issue solved.
I had an issue with my converter a couple of years ago that resulted in the lights flickering. When I took the coach in for its annual inspection at the factory service center, they replaced the converter under warranty.
Hope this helps.
