Frozen Waste tank valves

Greetings and Merry Christmas group. We are in the mountains in our 2015 36FB and our handle for grey water release are stuck, presumably frozen. First, does anyone have ideas to thaw them. Second what should I do to prevent freezing. The temperature in the utility bay is usually over 50 degrees from the furnace and extra electric heater. I'm not sure where the release valves are so I can focus some heat. Does anyone have a cutaway drawing of the tank etc locations?? Thanks for any ideas.

Geoff

Not sure if this will help but in our 38FL the grey & black tanks are mounted basically above the axles perhaps to help distribute the weight.

FWIW, you are supposed to be able to call RW customer service and request a wire/plumbing diagram like the one I'm attached for our 38FL. I got the attached from a tech at the rally but he indicated the customer service reps do have access to these on a model specific basis.

Note that the actual valves are attached very close to the tank and the handle is connected to them via a cable something like this from Valterra.
