Just read both the Redwood & Heartland warranties
- Redwood: 2-year limited bumper to bumper, which is transferable to subsequent owners at No cost. Also have re-introduced a 3-yr structural warranty (transferable)
- Heartland: 1-year limited bumper to bumper, which is available only to first owners. Also have a 3-yr structural, again only available to original purchaser. They also include additional warranty periods offered by 3rd party manufacturers (which will be available on all brands with this equipment).

Without reading the small print, which is most likely very close, since they are both Thor brands, based on the information posted on the website, the Redwood warranty is superior.

My understanding the definition of "Full-Timers" warranty is that the manufacturer provides the full limited warranty to full-timers, whereas other manufacturers do not warranty the coach for full-time use, only for holiday or weekend use.

Had a Heartland Big Country prior to the RW & Andy is correct with the "fulltimer" warranty explanation, they said at time of purchase that if we lived in it fulltime the warranty would be void, so as far as they knew we were weekenders.
