Does anyone in the group have or know where I can find a diagram or disassembly/assembly instructions for the kitchen faucet aerator/nozzle?

Try Dura faucets, believe they are the supplier for many RV Mfrs.
They have a pretty good site with parts break downs for their faucets.

When our faucet pull out spiral hose started leaking, they sent me a brand new one no hassle or no charge. Great person to deal with on the phone. Replacing it was another matter...............I need much smaller hands and arms.

We are 2nd owners of our Redwood. I wrote to Dura faucets about the sprayer not returning to stream like it should. We tried CLR (calcium Lime Rust) remover in a bag over the sprayer but it didn't help much. Dura requested pictures showing the faucet to get the style, color, etc and to prove it was a Dura faucet. Supplied pictures and address and received a brand new sprayer/ aerator end for free. Great customer service from them.

Try this...I assume you have a Dura Faucet...There does not seem to be a fix for the spray head itself other than to clean the aerator. But, fortunately, you can buy a new head if the current one cannot be cleaned sufficiently. And at worse case, the faucet is still available...

Here is the Diagram for parts (2 Pages):

Instructions for removing the aerator. I clean ours regularly:

Here is the Catalog for all Dura Products:

Here is just the replacement head:

I tried several times to repair the POS Dura faucet so replaced to a different brand bought on sale at Lowes. With dishwasher it wasn't an easy job due to NO room, removing the drain lines helped.

Danny,

Did you use a regular "household" faucet set? What brand? Did it have water "flow" issues due to the lower pressures?

Yes! It's a residential faucet & if I recall it's a Pfizer, there's no name on it. It's a single hole faucet & came with a soap dispenser so I mounted it in the second hole. Works great with any pressure.

Thanks Danny. I had reservations about that since I was thinking the hoses and fittings on the residential units were probably larger. And I was thinking that the GPM rate (gallons per minute) was probably higher. But if it works, it works!

DURA Flow Rate: 2.2 gpm @ 60 psi, 8.3 L/min @ 414 kPa UPC and CUPC Certified

Not sure which model you may have, but this particular Pfister (G529-PF1S ) has a flow rate of 1.2 gpm. That would conserve water for sure and meet LEED requirements! (although not applicable 🙂 )

Greg, never gave any of that a thought, even the old fashioned pump handle would've been an improvement over that POS faucet. As usual with any plumbing job it wasn't a direct fit on the water lines, had to use different couplings, but works good.
