Looking for advice since I replaced new anode rod my water heater doesn’t heat on electric. Breaker is not tripped and the reset on water heater seem to not be tripped either.
thanks in advance

Flip the power switch back and forth a few times on the front of the tank lower left corner.  They are notorious for getting corroded and needing to be replaced.

Hi Allen,

After replacing the little outside black switch on the heater at least three times, I finally bypassed the switch and connected the wires directly.

See if you have 12 volts at the heater element. If you do, you have a bad element, and if you don't it's probably the black switch.
