We re trying to winterize and can't locate the water pump on our unit. Anyone know where we might look
Should be inside the front side storage compartment behind the wall going tpwards the rear pf the trailer. You Can see it by opening the small water filter door. To acsees you need to remove screws and the wall will come out. It is usally a 2 piece wall so take down the drivers side one where all your dump valves are
Not sure about the newer units, but our older 36 RL has the valve that shuts the flow from the FW tank just before the water pump. I get in and stick my head into the opening to locate and shut the valve, easier than taking down the wall!
Try reviewing this document. Maybe it will help...
I'll also include the Norcold Ice Maker Instructions.
Unless you have the front living room model, I think all the others have the water pump right behind the docking station, as stated directly below the water filter. Here is a pic with the wall removed, and a pick of the tank valve that I always forgot about.
Revised the Winterization .pdf to include draining the main water tank...

Consider Moving the Filter to an easier access location:

Ya I did that shortly after we got it. About the 2nd time I struggled to crawl in there to change it out.
Made life much easier. I like the Watts filter with the bypass valve on top as well because it makes winterizing a little easier and I like knowing what that filter looks like - just converted the one on our MH.
