Redwood has decided to take a look at my 2016 39mb and investigate what did happen to the water tank when it literally blew up. It appears they are going to make it right and all I have to do is take the RV up to Shipshewana and leave it with them for a while. I am extremely happy with this as you might imagine. I will let you know how it goes

I will rejoice when we hear how it goes. I think Senior Management has the message. Dealerships...Well...I think you already know the answer to that...

Poor dealerships. Jerk their license to sell. There are plenty of folks that would like to have that license. Senior Management may need to recondition staffing at lower levels based on what I've read through these blogs. My only personal one-on-one experience came at the Rally in 2015. That was exceptional service above the call of duty that day. We had just purchased the RV a short time earlier. After the Rally, that's when we really discovered ALL of the other issues (i.e. A/C ducting, A/C Supply and Return seals, brakes, axles, tires, surge protector, water filter location, slide seals, drawer latches).

Keep us posted. We'll keep thinking positive thoughts for you.

They took our RV in and guess what? The Fresh water tank had no vent to allow air out as water went in. Because it is a pressure system, the tank expanded and exploded when water was put in the tank. The reason also that the sensors did not work. There was air where there should have been water. Redwood does not use this tank system anymore, surprise there.... Randy was great and stated that they will fix everything and have on the road soon. Those guys there are great and could not be more pleased with their response

So glad to hear you are getting this worked out. I think they owe an apology for making it so hard to get this resolved but glad it finally is coming together for you.

Agree - Randy and his team have always been great to work with.

Joe - Terrific news and it must be a huge weight off your mind. Randy & his techs will definitely fix everything right the first time.

However, it doesn't say much for your dealer, who I suspect have provided Redwood erroneous information regarding the root cause. Surely, if they have qualified technicians the first investigative test would be checking the vent/overflow.
