I have 38 GK and it is imposible to get to rear of refrig. After checking with Whirlpool & Redwood I disconnected water feed under kichen sink. I hooked up air hose to blow water out of chilled water tube. The only way to do icemaker was to pull shelves out of refrig and open back interior panel to get to 2 solenoids. I disconected the ice maker tubes & blew air to clear the line. I was wondeing if I can run a wire to that solenoid and just remote mount so I could get valve to open without taking refrig apart. My concern is could that back feed to circut board that operates icemaker. I didn't want to run anti-freeze because of taste problem. The other reason is how would you get anti- freeze out of ice cube tray if it doesn't freeze. Sorry Redwood doesn't make that job easier. ANY COMMENTS I WOULD BE VERY INTERESTED. Lee,
Welcome to the ROG Forum. You will find lots of great help, unfortunately we have the Norcold fridge, so I am unable to assist.
I don't have residential frig either, but this is a topic that should/could be mentioned at the rally in Aug., they should have an outside access panel/door to access the ice maker water line. It could a small solid door matching the storage doors, anything to make it easier on the folks to winterize the frig. At least add a low point drain on that line.

Thank You for your reply. Lee
For some reason when Redwood decided to add residential fridges, they felt the need to reinvent the wheel and they are still learning. Between unsecured fridges, unsecured doors, lack of access, not enough batteries, no way to shut off the inverter, they really didn't think it out well and could have turned to their friends in motorhome manufacturing and saved us all a lot of grief.
At least in all the MH we looked at, there is an outside removable panel behind the fridge.
Yes you are right. What where they thinking nobody has to winterize. Lee
