Paul, glad to be back in the group.   My problem is I have a US MILITARY address  PCS 517 BOX  2449R     FPO    AP   ////// Tis the problem My City is:   Fleet Post Office     State is: Area Pacific   Your payment system is not set up to approve the payments, My home address is not the same as account on credit cards, so they get rejected, and short on checks here as we only planed on being here 9 months and return for a few months.  Sure hope this can be corrected.  Thanks Bobby.

P.S.  I can receive regular mail and magazines with regular US standard postage.  Items other are sent to Bk 239 Lt14 Ph 2  Metrogate  Capaya, Angeles City. Philippines 2009    AT Foreign mail postage which is expensive and 50/50% chance of lost or 3 months to deliver.
