Has anyone else had issues with the windows opening while pulling the fifth wheel? First it was one bedroom window, then another window over the recliner. We have tightened the screws but don't know if that is the cause.
Sounds like your Torque Operators are worn...
You might consider replacing the defective ones.
Here is one resource. I am sure there are others:

BTW... Your Operators may show the name "KING" on them. I don't see why the Hehr's would not work.
You might call Tiara RV Parts: 574-266-2136 and ask for parts

They are "supposed" to be the Redwood RV Authorized Parts Center.
But since Crossroads and Keystone have taken over Redwood, I don't know if Tiara maintained this status. If you call, ask them and let us know.
You'll have to drill out the pop-rivets. You can either get a large pop-rivet gun or you might be able to try short screws and nuts.
I thought the windows were Kinro?
On mine all the windows are Kinro (I think another Lipperts subsidy) & are just the opposite, can barely open most of them, DW can't open the ones above the bed.
The only one that came open was the escape window behind the couch when the lever broke off, it's wired shut now, you couldn't use it anyway without moving the couch.

If yours are Kinro:
If they are Kinro, I'd definitely call Tiara or Redwood for a part number. You won't be able to get to the window number without pulling the window out of the frame. Why they didn't put the label on the inside of the frame? Unbelievable...:
You shouldn't need to remove the window to replace the operator, but will have to drill out 2 pop rivets & replace with more rivets or small bolts/nuts.

I went ahead and called Pelland Enterprises. They state that the Hehr and Kinro are not interchangable.
So, if you call Pelland (800) 216-2786:
This is the part number for the bathroom (4"): KRV 236886 - $38.83
http://www.pellandent.com/Motorhome_Product_Details.aspx?ProductID=9290&Return=305
This is the number for all others (see picture on website - 7"): KRV236887 - $44.00

While we're on the subject, we might as well get the emergency handles posted. Same source (Pelland Enterprises) Part numbers and prices are listed in each photo:
I haad the same problem with my 2016 Redwood. The cause was the suspension. My unit had the lighter suspension installed at the factory. I had the MorRide independent suspension installed with a 1000lb increase in the capacity. havent had a problem since. Also had items falling off the walls (no longer-)
When i had the MorRide system instaslled the tech. showed me the old springs. They were almost flat. The shocks were the only things working. The coach would bottom out on bumps.
